about

the sounds on this album result from audio made exclusively using the onboard microphone of a tape recorder with the exception of track 4, in which the use of an external microphone was briefly attempted.

several segments of the tape were trimmed for brevity or by the request of those who were recorded.

no additional mastering has been done to any of these works outside of simple volume amplification in audacity.

tracks 4 and 5 feature incidental vocal contributions from binko.
malfunctioning microphone adapter on track 4 provided by xavier totally.
track 4 features vocal contributions from bumpy craig.
vhs tape for track 5 provided by j cella.
track 6 features vocal contributions from jamie zakharia and emma milliken.
the pause button on the tape recorder was broken between the recording of tracks 6 and 7 by july's first.
tracks 8 and 9 are duets with patricia taxxon. i arranged her rock collection on the strings on her grand, she played the keys.
all other contributions (vocal, editing, recording) by me (patrick totally) & the general space around me.
